At DesiBet, we value transparency and fairness in our betting services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted. By using our platform, you agree to the terms below.
All confirmed bets are final and non-refundable.
Once a bet is placed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled, withdrawn, or refunded, regardless of the outcome.
If a deposit is unsuccessful but funds were deducted from your bank or wallet, you may request a refund.
Refunds for failed deposits will be processed back to the original payment method within 3–7 working days, after verification.
Duplicate deposits made in error will also be refunded after confirmation.
Withdrawals cannot be reversed once processed.
If a withdrawal is delayed or fails due to banking or payment processor issues, DesiBet will assist in resolving it but is not liable for third-party delays.
If a grassroots football match is cancelled, postponed indefinitely, or abandoned, bets on that match may be declared void.
In such cases, the stake amount will be refunded to your betting wallet.
If a match is rescheduled within 48 hours, bets will remain valid unless otherwise stated.
In the event of a system error, mispricing, or incorrect settlement, DesiBet reserves the right to:
Correct the error, and/or
Void the affected bet and refund the stake.
Refunds will only cover the stake amount, not potential winnings.
Refunds will not be issued for accounts engaged in fraud, underage gambling, multiple accounts, or other misuse.
Any fraudulent winnings will be forfeited.
Valid refund requests will be reviewed by our support team.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
